Bianca
Schwarz debuts as a writer with her first novel: "A Thing Of Beauty".
It’s a fantastic novel that is developed and stayed true to its time.
Eliza is
a beautiful and naive young woman who constantly suffers from psychological abuse
and physical violence by her stepfather. One night, Eliza manages to escape
from the clutches of her stepfather and she is rescued by Sir Henry.
He is a
handsome young man who feels the great determination to do the right thing and
help those who really need him. Henry decided to help Eliza. He took her to his
home to be taken care of. During her stay in Henry’s mansion, he will know all
about her.
She is
still a naive girl and being young and curious she wants to know more about the
world that surrounds her.
Henry, as
the gentleman he is, helps her to grow up and he tries to give her the best of
him to support her. Their relationship develops slowly. First they have a great
friendship and with the daily coexistence, they engaged into a passionate relationship.
But nothing is what it seems!
The end
takes an unexpected turn which I did not see it coming.
The way
Bianca describes erotic scenes is simply alluring. She has really done a very
detailed research since the descriptions remain true its time. I’m waiting
anxiously for the second part!
Bianca was born in Germany, spent her formative years in London and just got her US passport, but she considers herself a world citizen. She lives in Los Angeles because that’s where they make movies and she used to work on them. And she writes novels because that’s kind of like making a movie in people’s heads and because she just loves books.
Bianca has one son, because that’s all she can handle and she tolerates her husband because, well, she loves him and there is no help for that.
Oh yeah, and there is a cat.
