She only wanted one night
Being on the road all the time because of the family business makes for a lot of lonely nights. So when handsome, charming AJ Phelps finds me in the hotel bar, I’m ready for more than casual conversation. After an amazing night, my hope to continue a brief affair with the town charmer is derailed when I come face to face with him the following day. This time, he’s not just handsome, charming AJ. He’s all business...and the owner of the brewery my brother is dead set on ruining. All may be fair in love and war, but there’s nothing as cut throat as beer and business.
He wants it all
As an ex-pro baseball player turned business owner, I have it all. Or I thought I did until Kennedy Rochester crossed my path. A one night stand with a woman as hot, intelligent, and feisty as that? No brainer. At least not until the following morning when she steps into my brewery and tells me in no uncertain terms her family business is there to put me out of mine. I should loathe her for threatening my livelihood, but I don’t. I can’t. Not when all I think about when I look at her is our single, toe-curling night together. Not when I’d give nearly anything for just one more.

OMG! After reading Tapping That Asset, I didn't know that Enemies to Lovers Romance could be so hot and sexy. This book was an intense and mind-blowing reading. London Hale’s writing is beautifully addictive. Every book in the Temperance Falls Romance Series is a masterpiece that should be enjoyed slow. I absolutely love London’s steamy and quick reads.
The plot was original. There is no cliché in this book. The topic of Enemies to Lovers gave this book a magical touch. The characters are well developed. I couldn't put it down. I devoured it in one night.
While reading this book, I blushed like a teenager because the sex scenes were so intense, dirty and messy.
This pretty book is AJ and Kennedy's story. The attraction between them is deep and strong. AJ is a charming, kind and funny man. He is a wet dream for the female population. In other words he is the kind of man you should keep when you find him; a sexy unicorn.
“Don’t worry, baby. Before the night is done, you’re going to lose count of how many times you’ve come. That is a promise.”
On the other hand we have a badass heroine. Kennedy is a businesswoman who knows what her priorities are. She is not the damsel in disguise. She is a hardworking woman who follows what her heart wants.
Sharing a one night stand with AJ will twist her world in a powerful way. She will became addictive to the man she should not. One night with AJ will not be enough but her family business and her brother’s interests will be a wall that will keep her lined.
“A great lover, a great businessman, charming as all fuck, and handsome as sin? The man was exactly what most women wanted. Even me.”
Kennedy and AJ will experience love, frustration, fear, need…everything. He is all she needs. She is the woman he should stay away.
“The one girl I could see in my future was the one I could never have.”
This book will take your breath away. It is a hilarious and steamy read you won't want to miss. I deeply recommend you this book. Temperance Falls is a place of nice naughty couples.
